1. SOURCING | ||
Source steel sheet, lamp holders, lamps, and ballasts.

2. CONSTRUCT THE HOUSING | ||
Automated CNC tools punch, form, and weld sheet steel housing. CNC tools punch and form internal sheet-steel fixture lid. |
Cut aluminum extrusion for luminaire housing to specified length.
CNC tools punch and form internal sheet aluminum liner. CNC-mill aluminum end caps to fit the housing. |
3. FINISHING |
Powder-coat metal parts.

Powder-coat or anodize the housing, end caps, and liner.

4. ASSEMBLY |
Install ballast and lamp holders.

Install driver and LED boards.

5. ELECTRONICS | ||
Connect electronic components within luminaire. |

6. LENS FITTING | ||
Install optional accessory lens.

Cut and install lenses per specification.

7. TESTING |
