1. SOURCING
Source steel sheet, lamp holders, lamps, and ballasts.
Source customized aluminum extrusions, printed circuit boards, and other electronic components for light engine.
2. CONSTRUCT THE HOUSING
Automated CNC tools punch, form, and weld sheet steel housing.

CNC tools punch and form internal sheet-steel fixture lid.
Cut aluminum extrusion for luminaire housing to specified length.

CNC tools punch and form internal sheet aluminum liner.

CNC-mill aluminum end caps to fit the housing.
3. FINISHING
Powder-coat metal parts.
Powder-coat or anodize the housing, end caps, and liner.
4. ASSEMBLY
Install ballast and lamp holders.
Install driver and LED boards.
5. ELECTRONICS
Connect electronic components within luminaire.

6. LENS FITTING
Install optional accessory lens.
Cut and install lenses per specification.
7. TESTING
Put luminaires through quality control testing.

8. PACKAGING
Clean, inspect, and prepare luminaires for shipping.

TIMING
Varies per order, but total fabrication time is approximately two to three weeks on average.
